My husband came home with a giant veal shoulder last week and asked me to make it for y"t. I've never even cooked veal before and this huge piece of meat is a little intimidating. Anyone have a good, tried and true recipe?

You can bake for 5 hours before putting on the glaze

Chill completely in refrigerator. Slice cold. Reheat in reserved cooking liquid.
