This is what I fed my kids at that age. They were super picky.

breakfast:

4 oz milk in sippy cup
yogurt
dry cereal

snack 1: crackers or some other carb snack

lunch:

4 oz milk in sippy cup
fruit or veggie pureed (the only way they were willing to eat it. my kids hate lumpy oatmeal)
mixed with oatmeal

snack 2: cut veggies or frut (after they spit it out and throw it on the floor I would resort to crackers and carbs again.)
4 oz milk in sippy cup

Dinner:

4 oz milk in sippy cup
whatever we were having for dinner - after they spit it out and throw it on the floor I gave them whole wheat bread and cheese.

so overall they were getting plenty of healthy carbs, dairy, fruits, veggies. They refused most protein except for ground beef/turkey so I made a lot of that for dinners.
