I think that the FR one is open now (it had been broken for a bit). It is in the same complex as the regular mens and womens mikva off of Reeds Lane and Empire Ave. I don't know the hours, but I assume it is open until sunset every day.

The mikveh of south shore on peninsula boulevard in Hewlett is open in the day, just go around the back.
