Just realized a half hour into my potato kugel being in the oven, that I only meant to put one in the oven and freeze the other 2 for differing shabbosim. Can u freeze potato kugel after its already been made? Our should I just give it away to someone who can use it while it's fresh?

Giving it away is a nice thing to do .
But, yes, I freeze baked potato kugel. To defrost, I pour a cup of boiling water on the kugel and then place it in the oven to warm up. Comes out like fresh.
I think I found that tip on Imamother.

Woops, just saw other two responses. Thanks everyone! Now everyone, I assume they don't come out soggy or you wouldn't freeze them baked, am I correct?

No. In fact, the water helps crisp it up again.

Sure you can. I do it officially. I make kugel every other week.

I did this the first time last Shabbos, and was shocked how well it worked! I think when you freeze potatoes, the water separates out. So sprinkling water on top is really just replacing the water it lost.
Didn't do a cup tho, just a couple tablespoons, put it in the oven directly from the freezer at 425 for about a half hour, uncovered.
I also stuck a hunk of it into the cholent, loosely wrapped in foil.

Definitely! Just reheat in a really hot oven (preheated to the temp it usually is when you cook it) for a full hour. I do it all the time.
