Dairy food from restaurant on meat plate

I think it's ok to use, please let me know if I'm wrong.
tuna salad from a dairy restaurant that had cut onions in it (not sure if the tuna is actually milchig) was accidentally placed in meat plate. Everything was cold. If I just wash off plate and spoon, is ok to use, or is it treif? this is a basic question I should know

In my opinion, it is fine. everything was cold. and you did not cut the onion.
