I'm on a specific eating plan and want to make myself a separate "cholent" sort of thing. Probably w/cholent meat but I'd like it to be big enough to fit a piece of chicken, in case I want to do that instead sometimes. I'd like to put in lots of vegetables too and have it be enough to be my whole meal, so like to fill a regular dinner plate. What size should I get? 1.5, 2, 3 quart?

I use a 1.5 for personal sized meals. It gives me some room for leftovers.
