I have a bag of frozen california blend vegatable that id like to use . any good recipe ideas ?

actually, it's italian blend. dunno if it makes a difference

What type of vegetables are in this blend?

You can add frozen vegetables to baked beef stew or chicken for the last 20-30 minutes of baking.
You can also steam them as a side dish and then add crushed garlic, lemon and salt after they're steamed. This works for any vegetables.

Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, bit oil. Put in a 9x13 and broil till bit blackened, mixing every so often. Works better with Californian blend (broc/caul/carrots)
