Unlocked phone for use in Israel

DD will be going to Israel and needs a phone.

I live in the USA, the phone must be:

3G compatible

Bandwidth 850/2100

Unlocked to be used with international SIM card.

We will probably be using Talk n Save as phone provider in Israel, they will mail SIM card to us in USA when we sign up for phone plan.

I want to buy the phone in the USA before she leaves.

Golan is 59 or 99 shekel a month unlimited. (Maybe we got a sale?). Includes a U.S. Number, and unlimited to more than 40 countries. See their website for details.
