My daughter just made Aliyah and she needs to find brands of SCD-legal vitamins and pro-biotics and where she can purchase them in Jerusalem. She is looking for Calcium with Vitamin D, B-Complex, and most importantly a SCD-legal pro-biotic (dairy-free).

Also is there any equivalent of a Lara bar or can you recommend any SCD-legal packaged snack bars?

One more - also looking for good and reasonably priced sources for organic dried fruit (no sulfites).

p.s.SCD is the Specific Carbohydrate Diet that eliminates complex carbohydrates and is used for people with gastroenterological issues.
