I need breakfast and snack ideas that are
1. Gluten free
2. Very little sugar an no artificialsweetener/agvage syrup
3. No oats
4. Can not have a lot of nuts
HELP!

I love string cheese as a snack. also hard boiled eggs. what about rice cakes with hummus?

I eat cheese and eggs

plain yogurt -- add your own fruit and sweetener
quinoa porridge with dried fruit
chia seed pudding
polenta
mashed avocado on gluten free crackers
corn tortillas with whichever toppings you like melted cheese, mushrooms, etc.
would you eat tofu scramble?
roasted chickpeas
plantain chips with salsa/ guacamole
