6, 9, 13, 16, 17, 18, 20, 22, 23, 25, 30, 31, 32, 33, 37, 38, 39, 41, 49, 55, 56, 69, 86, 88, 89, 90, 91, 102, 103, 104, 107, 116, 118, 142, 143, 148. These are the perakim listed in the siddur for cholim. Many people also say 121 and 130. Refua shleima

Refuah shleima!
Don't feel overwhelmed by that list, say what you can.
Some people will also say the pesukim corresponding to the letters of the choleh's name from 119. I.e. Chaim ben Sara would be ches, yud, yud, etc.
It's not like some magic formula, it's that these perakim deal with tzaros, yeshuos, etc. The idea is when you daven sincerely, whether Tehillim, Shemone Esrei, informally, you know you're talking to the One who is running the show, you are sharing and maybe lightening the burden, and you are creating zechuyos that will have a positive impact, and be"H one that you will see bekarov.
