I've got half a bottle of moscato in my fridge that I'm looking to finish up. Anyone know a good chicken moscato recipe, or any other recipe using moscato? (Doesn't have to be chicken)

Whenever I have a half a bottle of moscato open I just drink if. Sorry I don't have any recipes with it.

I opened it on Friday, and at this point it probably doesn't taste good for drinking. (I also don't like to drink anything but water/coffee during the week- I save caloric beverages for a Shabbos treat.)

I have made the Greek garlic chicken from KBD SOT with Moscato in a pinch. It's meant to be made with dry white wine.

I've also used dried oregano, just eyeball it.
