Freezing chicken cutlets

I purchased a package of thin-sliced chicken cutlets today. Is there any way I can prepare them ahead of yom tov, then freeze, and have them still taste good and fresh?

You can coat or otherwise prepare them, freeze them raw and cook them when you ar ready to eat them.
