DH and I are coming up on our 10th anniversary. We have a 7 y.o. child, and have absolutely noone we can leave him with for a few days so we can get away alone. I REALLY need a break, and we are trying to make it jive with our anniversary which will be during the winter break. Are there hotel programs that have babysitting and good hashgocha in terms of Kashrus? Any recommendations? Preferably in the Tri-State area. TIA

go on a cruise. they are relatively cheap and offer great babysitting / day camp. kosher meals are available on most cruises in addition to kosher bread, fresh fruit and yogurts etc.
