I think ur talking about the VALCO. Which is a regular non heavy to push double stroller and they have the option of adding a seat either in the front (of both seats in ur case, so you'll have place for four) or on top of the hood. (also additional two I assume). It is the new suv of bp.

I know what you're talking about. I've seen them in use in BP, and many years ago in CH.
I would try going into a baby store that caters to the frum world (like in BP, CH, Flatbush,...) and see if they can help you. I'm sure they'll know how to get ahold of it.
I was thinking of something a bit different.... but when I did a google search, I came up with this.

I know someone who has this stroller in a triple... problem is that the seats don't recline.

I have the valco double with a 3rd seat (and my big kids are very happy to sit in it - my oldest just turned 5 - I live near busy streets and streets w/o sidewalks and we do a lot of walking). With a buggyboard, that can work for 4!

I have that from a gemach in a triple and it looks less top heavy with 4 but it's probably extremely heavy not even adding the kids and it doesn't fit through normal doorways I don't think so I don't know how useful this would be. In fact I'm giving it back to the gemach. It's beautiful though!

I think I saw the stroller you were asking aboutin the park today. a daycare center was using it to take their kids to the park- it was red and seated 4 . 2 per bench.
the one I saw is called angeles bye bye buggy. if you google it, you'll find a site that sells it.
is this what you were referring to?
