How to find a Housekeeper in BP

My boss just asked me if I would consider increasing my hours to full time. I am excited about the possibilities but need good help.

How do I find a housekeeper in Boro Park? I need someone to watch my toddler and clean the house.

I sometimes see Russian women watching children. Where do I find them?

Networking - spread the word that you're looking for help. Someone's housekeeper may have a friend that is available. Also, you csn actually stop one of these russian women and ask them if they know of anybody.

I don't know where to find them, but please do tons of research on the woman you will eventually hire.

I'm in a similar predicament I'm Monsey. I wish it would be so hard to gong some really good, pleasant to have around, capable and reliable. When you learn the tricks of the trade maybe you'll be able to share... Good luck to you!
