Depending how low of a neckline you wear.
Eta I would personally not wear it.

I personally would not wear it as I am makpid to keep my collar bone covered, but many people would wear it.

I might wear as is pictured, but in general, I find that when ordering, the fit is different and the neckline is usually much wider in real life than shown.

I would say the neckline is to low but it should be easy to fix. Another option is to try a size smaller as it seems to have a loose fit a tighter fit might move up the neckline.

Not if you hold that you have to cover your collarbone.

Seems fine to me. if the neckline is too low wear a shell under it. (personally I always wear shells since the winter is too cold for one layer and in the summer I need a shell to protect my clothing from sweat spots)

I don't see a problem with it.
But each community has its own standards. Taking a poll of random frum strangers on the intrenet won't give you much meaningful guidance.

If you can make it to a Kohls store, try it on. They make so many of these, which go on sale for such low prices, that there is definitely differences even within a size. You may find some which cover your collar bones.

nice color
However for me the neckline is too low. I would take it in by makeing two natches in the back. Or you can have it fixed by putting a button or a zipper in the back!

It really depends on your personal guidelines. I own this shirt and wear it, however, the neckline is definitely lower than the shells sold by some of the frum companies like Kikki Rikki or Junee.

I think that type of shirt would fit differently depending on your bust, dress size, and height. I've gotten dresses that appeared much shorter online, but covered my knees when I tried them on. Same story with tops. Sometimes they looked like a deeper cut neckline, but it was a different story when I went to actually try it on. And like others have said here, there is going to be a differing of opinions here because this site has a wide range of women from all different backgrounds.

Needs a scarf at the neck. Scarves are nice. Light in the Box website has lots of them, cheap.
