Not so sure about a skirt, but would go with gray or charcoal shell/turtleneck and tights.

wear a scarf like this, http://www.anthropologie.com/a.....jsp#/ and a skirt with any of the colors from the scarf [coral, purple, cream] etc. You can be flexible with the colors you choose for the scarf because basically every scarf will match chambray.

honestly, that dress is not going to look good with a skirt and a shell.

I agree with funnyface, have some fun with the fact that chambray goes with pretty much anything. I love it with rose.

I would add a panel to the bottom, maybe a darker denim for contrast.

I love the scarf idea.

How about mustard or maroon

Actually, I'm pretty sure chambray is a type of fabric, rather than a color. The color is Light blue.

Yes, anything goes with that dress, although to me it looks a bit summery. I would add fabric to the bottom so you dont have to bother with a skirt, and then have fun with the top- scarves chunky necklaces etc

The dress looks like it has a good size hem. Depending on how tall you are there might be enough fabric to drop the hem. I would do a navy shell and shaphire accessories.

If you are concerned about the length you should order it in tall. It will be a few inches longer.

I agree with adding a piece to the bottom instead of a skirt. It will look much better. I would bring the dress into a material store and ask the sales lady to help you match a fabric. I've done this with a lot of dresses and the sales ladies always have good ideas.

This dress will not look cute with a skirt underneath- most dresses don't. It's also very summery, thats probably why it's on sale.

Thanks for all the advice. I personally think it looks nice with a skirt underneath, and I would never pay to have material added, that just isn't worth it. I was just thinking about colors, cause the only skirt I have right now is black to wear underneath.

It might cost to add material to the bottom, but it can be cheaper than buying a skirt.
