The title is basically my question.
Stew sounds nice, but we have it every shabbos!
Any new supper ideas?

You're going to need to do some sort of a stew to break down that cut of meat. Can you change the flavors from your typical ones? Maybe go Moroccan or Persian with spices, maybe add some dried fruits.

So many delicious ways to cook stews. Here's a Tagine which is a Middle Eastern variant.
Beef Tagine with Butternut Squash
Serves 4
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 (1-pound) beef shoulder roast or brick roast, trimmed and cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 shallots, quartered
4 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 cup fat-free, lower-sodium chicken broth
1 (14.5-ounce) can no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
3 cups (1-inch) cubed peeled butternut squash (about 1 pound)
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Combine paprika, cinnamon, salt, ginger, red pepper, and black pepper in a medium bowl. Add beef and toss well to coat.
Heat oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add beef and shallots. Cook 4 minutes or until browned, stirring occasionally. Add garlic and cook 1 minute, stirring frequently. Stir in broth and tomatoes and bring to a boil. Cook 5 minutes. Add squash, then cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes or until squash is tender. Sprinkle with cilantro. Serve over rice.

You can marinate them, broil / cook them and throw them into a salad.
My family loves when I throw marinated beef or chicken into a salad.
But that means you probably need a different main.

There are literally millions of curries out there. Indian, Thai, Indonesian, Japanese, take your pick. Same thing with Chinese sauces. Orange beef, broccoli beef with mushroom sauce, sesame beef - Google is your FRIEND!

Just a heads up. As others have posted, meat cubes are generally from a tougher cut of beef and therefore the need a long slow cooking in order to make them tender. That's why they are typically used in braises, stews etc which have long slow cooking times. In general, the results will not be very good if you use a fast type of cooking like grilling or sautéing.

Beef bourginion is delicious. It's made with meat, mushrooms, red wine, and rosemary and served over wide egg noodles. I have a great recipe if you are interested.
