I bought shoulder steak, thin pieces of meat. How do I prepare it?

Marinate with olive oil, garlic, salt and a drop of acid like wine vinegar to soften. Grill or sear it quickly and serve immediately in warm baguettes with all the sandwich steak fixins.

It's a very lean cut of meat so there aren't that many options besides for quick high heat and serving immediately.
