I just cut up a huge green bell pepper. There is so much of it left so I want to store it in the fridge. What is the besy way to do that? Wrapping it in tin foil or storing it in a ziploc bag?

Wash, thoroughly dry it and then store in a rubbermaid/tupperware type container. I do this all the time. It should
remain fresh and mold free for a few days.
