Why did you buy it? Is there any way to fix it? 2 weeks is not a realistic amount of time to change your body exactly the way you want to.

Im not a doctor or a nutritionist, but I lost some weight lately.
This helped:
Diet:
Minimum or no bread
Minimum fats (oils/mayo)
NO CAKE
NO SUGAR
NO WHITE FLOUR
NO CANNED FRUIT OR VEG
NO PROCESSED FOODS
Lots of fiber rich foods.
Exercise:
Repeatedly walking up and down steps, even if you dont have to, as often as possible.
Theres lots left to eat thats delicious, if you have willpower.
My willpower goes up and down.

No frying, only whole wheat a lot of salads and veggies, exercise, maybe fast

Seriously there's no solution except for super tight control top tights or a girdle. Get a more flattering dress next time. I don't know what you mean by your sis meaning well, what she says sounds just plain mean to me.
