I would like to surprise friends in Kiryat Sefer with dinner delivered to their door. They are very strict in kashrus- they keep Minhag Yerushalayim regarding shmittah. I know they eat Badatz, I dont know what the other hechsherim are that are acceptable to all charedim.
Does anyone know of a takeout place that will deliver to Kiryat Sefer?

I lived there for a while. There is very little available, especially with delivery. The best I found was a place in the mall in Modiin called Pinati. I know it has a mehadrin Hechsher (we looked into it very carefully) but I don't know exactly which one or what there Shmita story is (last time we ordered was b4 Shmittah). The food is good & reasonably priced. You can prob find the phone # and menu online.
There is one place we found in Brachfeld but I can't remember the name & I don't think they deliver.
There's also lots of Pizza available.

On Thursdsay nights and fridays there is takeout shabbos food sold in Nof Eilit. They are located in The Shefa Mall. Badatz Hechsher.
