That's Masores Bnos Yisroel, currently in its second year.
Kesser Bais Yaakov is more heimish/chassidish. I think they already have a third grade.

My friends that have kids there are very happy. It's a heimish/chassidish crowd and I heard that the parent body is nice. They say the atmosphere is very warm. I don't know much about the academic level because it is relatively new but the principal was the curriculum director at Bais Tova so I'm guessing she knows what she's doing. As for the administration, they are still new but so far they are nicer than the other chassidish/heimish schools (not to say they aren't kind but I know too many stories.)

I believe they're opening a 4th grade this coming year.
