I am looking to buy a house in borough park, preferably a 3-family "old-new" house. If anyone is selling a one family on a large enough lot to build that would also do.

If anyone knows someone interested in selling or will be interested in the future (as I am still living out of town for now) please let me know.

Ready to close quick for the right property.

I know about a 3 family old new house for sale in Boro Park. Which location are you looking for?

I am in touch with eretz and schmidt. eretz has some that I am looking into, however, schmidt has nothing new to offer for the last few months...

I am preferably looking for high avenues (15th ave, 16th ave, 17th...) If there is something good in other areas I would consider as well.

let me tell what I know. I lived in bp until recently and I sold a house there. this is what I know. there is very very very little on the market. pp are not selling anything there. I know this first hand. if the brokers dont have let me tell you then they dont have. thats why I mentioned those two brokers. they are the most knowledgeable. and have been around for a long time. sorry if you cant find then why dont you build something? or buy something a little out of neighborhood? there you have better chances. thats what alot of pp are doing. and they add a floor ontop. those are your choices.
