People are finicky about their salad. Have you thought about a salad bar? one big bowl of greens, several small bowls with other veggies: tomatoes, red onion, olives, peppers, cucumber, croutons, dried berries, pine nuts, whatever you think ... & a variety of dressings on the side - 2 or 3 homemade preferably

We did this last year at our chanuka party and it was a huge hit!
