I agree with Brownies that KLBD would be broadly comparable to OU, in a sense both permits chalav stam and in a sense they are not mehadrin/haredi hechsherim. I'm not familiar with how OU hechsherim process works for processed foods so can't make further in-depth comparison. I think calibre and hashkafa of OU rabbis and LBD rabbis are again broadly similar (also in a sense they both cover spectrum).

Enjoy Quality Street and let the bum fight begin on what's best/worst of the bunch...

DH is from London, and he accepts OU, but feels that KLBD is a better heksher (not sure why.)

the products which have the hechsher on the package are comparable. Items that are on the list only should be used with caution and constantly check that your info is up to date. Things do change and products can become dairy or non kosher.

If quality street has a hechsher on it, enjoy. If it doesn't check it's current status on the KLBD website and if its good, eat. Obviously it is chalav stam.
