The chamilion has 2 big wheels & to small wheels which is hard to push if the ground is not smooth. Buffalo is a newer model, all wheels are big & it wheels easier.

the seat on the buffalo is bigger and holds a higher weight limit. Also the wheels are larger and the basket is different. If price doesnt matter I would go with the buffalo. I have the donkey and the buffalo is essentially a single donkey without the side basket.

The buffalo folds in one piece. It is a true all-terrain stroller and pushes really well even in the snow. The basket is large and it is built to carry bags on the handlebar. The seat is larger than the chameleon.
I have mine for almost a year now and love it. The only downside is that it is rather large. If you will need to frequently take it in a car, it can be cumbersome.

It folds in 1 peice when the seat is facing forward not towards you. And another vote for the buffalo. I just used it today in the snow in Bp and it was great!
