Does anyone have a receipe for dark chicken cutlets not sweet but with lots of onion and garlic??

Just season tehm well with onion and garlic powder and sear on both sides.

Do you have a grill pan? Put lots of sliced onions in the pan, sprinkle salt, put cutlets on top, top the same way. Sautee/cook it in the pan. Turning over once in the middle. It's DELICIOUS! I make it all the time.

I don't see why not. The reason why I like a grill pan cuz it cooks in half the time.

Cut into bite size pieces sautee plenty of sliced onions and garlic for a good while till golden add the chicken pieces on medium hi flame put in schwarma spice and cumin keep stirring till done

Naomi6, I've been following this thread. I love dark chicken cutlets and always looking for quick and easy recipes. Yours sounds delicious. Can't wait to try it I'd leave out the cumin though. Don't like the smell of it.

You can put any spices garlic powder paprika black pepper etc. Freezes very well. Enjoy
