My son needs therapy for his stuttering. Does anyone know of a therapist in Lakewood who deals with kids who stutter? TIA

If you're still looking for someone - Randy Dorfman - she's based in Monsey, but has offices I think in Brooklyn as well, and on occasion comes to Lakewood to consult with parents.
If your son is under 7 according to her it is not true stuttering but childhood stuttering - and she discusses how to control the environment he's in to reset he speaking patterns. She only meets with the parents - one meeting. And she's available if you have any follow-up questions. She's incredibly knowledgeable and helped me and my husband help our son tremendously.
