Does anybody have any suggestions of what to do with them? I bought a few bags on a whim, but now what? Other than just cooking and eating as is. These are the ones the bags that contain a mixture of corn, carrots, peas, grean beans and lima beans. Thanks.

I mix them into many recipes, including casseroles, soups, quiche, and pasta. My baby likes them cooked until soft, as finger food.

Add to rice when you cook it along with salt and maybe soy sauce.

I make vegetable cutlets out of them....I defrost the veggies, blend with frozen crushed garlic cubes , add seasoned bread crumbs , salt and eggs and form into patties and fry...they are very tasty...make sure to season it well enough with garlic and salt..you can taste a bit of the mixture before frying to make sure it's good...if it's too eggy add breadcrumbs..they should hold their shape nicely and not fall apart. Drain on papertowels
