That depends on your circumstances. Do you both really want to? If you have kids over 3 or so, do they want to? Do you have transferable jobs? Hebrew skills? Student debts?

Of course it is. And it's great to live here!
Whether it's realistic for you and your family at this particular time depends on a lot of factors: do you have an idea of how to make a living here, do you have kids and if so how old are they - and if they are old enough to have an opinion, how do they feel about it?
From your phrasing I'm guessing that you are less enthusiastic about the idea then your DH is. Not uncommon for one spouse to be more gung-ho than the other but it's not going to work unless you both want to come.

Many many many many people, single and families, make aliyah and build wonderful lives here in Israel. It is doable, very doable.
