I know pesach isnt for a couple months, but where I live its very hard to get kosher things, would need to order.
So, that leads me to my question. I have 2 potato starches (unopened) one is from 2014, and the other from (I think) last year.
I also have 1 (unopened) onion powder and white pepper from 2014.
I dont see an experation date on any of them...
Does anyone know if I can still use these?

Yes. I have been doing it with all my non perishable food items. If the item was opend, like spices, oil.. I wrap them well in saran wrap and it is fine the next year. We even keep left over matzah from matza year to year

I keep closed potato starch. I even keep my opened spices from year to year. My mother always did and it worked for her, so I do it too.
