I have an interview request for a position in Bangor, ME. Does anyone know anything about the community?
I found a Shul's website ( http://www.jewishbangor.org/) but the "contact us" email address is undeliverable and the "ask the Rabbi" page is inactive. Also, I came across a JPost article from 2002 describing how membership has slowly eroded.... not a good sign 
I know that I can call the Shul (and I will) but I am hoping for some additional info.

I was in Portland, ME in the summer on vacation and hus davened in chabad and I was talking to the chabad rabbi's wife and I pretty sure she said she had a son in Bangor,ME with his family
