The only way I know they would be allowed, is if it had a stainless steel lining, and you bought all new dish racks. Run it on the "sanitation" cycle a few times, with soap.
I know someone with a stainless interior dishwasher (lucky duck!), and she has separate racks for Pesach. Her rav says that it is kasherable.
The washers with plastic or powder coated metal interiors are not kasherable, according to everyone I've spoken with.
