We are having shnitzel for Friday night. I need a quick recipe with few ingredients for a sauce to serve it with.
It can be sweet but not to sweet and no mushroom or pineapple in it.

Do you just mix it or boil it first?

If you like spicy, equal sugar and honey and then depends how hot you like it for the amount of Franks hot sauce.
Boil it first

For dipping: Garlic mayo - mayonnaise and garlic powder
To pour over: ketchup, brown sugar, some water, some garlic powder. Boil together. You can add sesame seeds if you'd like. Pour over before warming for tonight.
