Preferably moist and just plain yummy!! And WITHOUT ORANGE JUICE!! I hate when cupcakes have that tangy orange juice taste. Want to bake today, latest tomorrow, for mm. Thanks!!

These are yum if you don't need pure white but just meant white as opposed to chocolate.
I didn't use cake flour though they're prob even better with it. And replace the buttermilk with soymilk and lemon juice.

The ultimate, no fail, amazingly moist cupcake recipe 
50 small/ 30 large
Ingredients:
-4 eggs
-2 cups sugar
-1 cup water
-1 cup veg oil
-2 tsp vanilla
-3 tsp baking powder
-3 cups self-raising flour
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180C
2. Add eggs and sugar, beat till thick
3. Add water, oil and vanilla and beat again for a minute
4. Add flour and baking powder and beat all till smooth
5. Fill cupcake holders half-way
6. Bake for 15-20 mins
Decorate and enjoy!
