I'm so sorry. Just wanted to wish you luck and I hope someone here can help you.
I commiserate. One year I made delicous liquor, filled beautiful glass bottles, and woke up to hardened crystalized sugar. It was horrible.
Thank God I only made this special kahlua for 3 people and was able to scramble and change those mishloach manos.

oh my goodness. Sorry I don't have any advice (and it's prob too late too...) but these last minute disasters could make you crzy. I had cookies this morning that I woke up early to bag so I could wrap up my Mishloach Manos, but they icing was STILL not dry after hrs and hrs.....
Hope e/t worked out!

I hope it worked out.
First year I was married I made gorgeous meringue mushrooms and packaged them like mushrooms and they sat at room temp a few days and looked great.
Purim day was super humid and they all melted into a disgusting sticky mess as we delivered our mishloach manos, it was mortifying and I had no backup.
