I had the most delicious tomato soup at my most favorite food (restaurant in manhattan) the other day, and would love to try to replicate it.

It was cream based.

Anyone know of a similar recipe?

If you're talking about the tomato basil soup, I have been looking for a recipe like it and I think I finally found it. This is superb!
