Hey. I'm not sure where to put this bit I bought liver and left it on my chicken tabel in a bag. I was cleaning up to go to sleep and noticed it was still on the table. I am having guest this week and I don't want anyone getting sick. Should I just throw it out?

liver is extremely perishable...

I know it stinks...but I would toss it. The liver was just not meant to be...
(This has happened to me too! it was a pot of meatballs..)
