I by mistake did not put the flanken in fridge last night, is there any chance I can use it for cholent? Smells fine and looks fine.

Don't use it. Not worth getting sick. It wouldn't visibly look bad or smell bad yet just from sitting overnight but thy doesn't mean it's ok.

Today morning I waste so nice roast. I took it out the freezer put it in the sink for the frozen to melt and I did not remember it all night. When I saw it was brown not red any more. I feeling so angry to my self that I waste money for that roast.
