I know this might sound very weird but I'm hoping to confirm a theory...and possibly feel a bit less like a weirdo.
Has anyone else had it happen that you are attempting to communicate with Hashem in a dream but you start experiencing a type of strong "buzzing" feeling in your body? Eventually the feeling gets too intense and you are forced to wake up. At which point you still feel the intense buzzing feeling in your body but are able to quickly re-enter a dream state (if you were to relate it to lucid dreaming lingo it would be like having the ability for a "Wake Induced Lucid Dream").
I believe the forced wake-up happens more often to me when there is something causing dissonance/resistance in my connection with Hashem (such as a behavior needing correction). Otherwise, the wake-up is less abrupt, I'm able to finish the communication, and the experience is overall less shocking to my body.
Wondering if someone else might be experiencing something similar?

Look into sleep paralysis. I get it sometimes with the buzzing and lucid dreaming but nothing to do with communication with hashem

sounds like you are waking abruptly in the middle of REM, hence the buzzing.

I think you should see a psychiatrist or sleep specialist or both.

I don't think you need a psychiatrist or a sleep specialist. I experience the same buzzing feeling, usually when I am having an intense dream. I don't remember the contents of the dreams when it occurs, just that it was very intense, a warning dream or something similar.
It once happened during a dream when I was sitting with my family in the living room just waiting for Hashem. We weren't doing anything or talking , just simply waiting for Him. It was a very intense dream since I am remembering it years later. It just felt like my whole body was covered in electricity.
I have had lucid dreams before and this was nothing like that. I had been woken up abruptly from REM sleep and it was nothing like that either.
