I second this! It's right after Easter, so this is the perfect time to check Ebay. These dresses are usually only worn for family pictures, and are in brand new condition. I get $60 dresses for around $10 or so, and the quality is very good. (I shop Ebay after Xmas, and get good deals also.)
Play clothes from Hannah Anderson and Childrens Place wash and wear very well, so if you get them used they will still be in great shape, too.
