Does anyone have one? I'm making a fruit cobbler and would like a streusel topping for it. Preferably with potato starch since I have an open box. Didn't use my cake meal as of yet. But oil based only please. I have coconut and safflower oil.

I sub out oil for margarine routinely when making cobblers. You can use any recipe. Google mishpacha magazine pesach strawberry Apple kugel recipe. It's good.
