If she wants a curly wig, then there is someone named Lauren (Eiseinberg?) in Brooklyn who does an amazing job. Mine has lasted 10+ years and I've always washed it myself so it costs very little to maintain.

I also got my curly wig through Lauren, who works with Clary wigs, they specialize in curly. I spent somewhere in the ballpark of 2750 but that was for a fully custom sheitel (I.e., they started with nothing but the cap and then added hair from there). I also wash and style it myself.
