I have a few dozen hard boiled eggs cooked erev second days of yomtov. Should I toss them, or would they be safe to eat? In general, how long is it safe to eat hard boiled eggs...two days, three days, a week. Your comments, please.

I googled it. The first two sites I saw both said hard boiled eggs last up to a week.

Yes I keep a week. You can use them today but should make fresh ones for shabbos.
