Hi what are some good places to pick up coffee/breakfast in Boro park or flatbush that are open by 7 ? Thanks

Corner Cafe has great food and coffee, and opens at 7 - On Ditmas Ave. (17 and 40th, I think.)

In Flatbush there's Sunflower on Kings Highway and Garden of Eat-In on Ave. J, but I don't know what time they open.
