Any educated ladies have a doctoral academic gown, cap and hood that I could borrow/rent/buy? I need one for next week and have missed all deadlines for acquiring a set through the usual channels

Thanks so much, but I'm not graduating. I successfully avoided all my own graduations but now I'm a professor and I have to walk :-/
Also, thanks for the links, but they all have extended processing times of 5-6 weeks and I need it for next week...

I will ask others in my department but trying all avenues. The department is 80% male and I already asked two of the other five women so not too hopeful...

I have a gown and cap now, but I still need a hood. Masters would also be okay at this point. Please?

what line of education are you? The hoods are different colors depending on your field

I need a dark blue phd hood, but time is running out and I can get away with any reasonable substitute. It's just edging, and I just need to look normal in a crowd
