You can call Hashem anytime, just open a Siddur or Tehillim or just talk to Him and express what's in your heart. His brachos are far more powerful than anybody else's. To answer your question, no, there are no shortcuts or guaranteed magic-doers among us, and if somebody offers you promises and guarantees in exchange for a nice donation, run out the door (or come to me and I'll do it for half-price).
