Who Determines That?
Do you wait a whole year to toilet train in June?

lol...we decided June would be DD's potty in our house, cuz she is showing lots of signs of readiness...Didn't know potty training was big enough to make it to the national calendar!

my eldest was trained in June, the next in October & I'm working on #3 but he won't do zip. he just sits for a few minutes.

I think about potty training when it starts to get warm outside. You want your child to be comfortable and not in layers of clothing to take off when just starting to go to the toilet.

june is definitely the month! my son is finally trained. he's 3 and 5 months! I've been trying since suptmeber. (actually I started a year ago, and the stopped and waited until after the summer)

I think they say that b/c the weather is warm enough 2 leave ur child walking around without clothes... and not too warm that he'll get sunburnt... .ermm... not sure about the 2nd not 2 warm part... I just know that alot of people wait till the warmer weather... (also its easier 2 let ur kid play in the back-yard & make a mess that can be hosed down than washing ur floor inside all day and having 2 deal with the smell!!)
